Dear value customers, thanks for purchasing from Brandoo. In order to give you better service before and after the order, we pointed return policy for defected or replaced products as below.

1. All sample units has warranty time for 12 months. And please make agreement with Brandoo sales for longer warranty time for mass order or OEM/ODM orders.  

2. Due to the quality problem,all unit will be repaired for free. If the products breaked  by wrong operating of user, we offer repair service for charge. 

3. For replacement. Customers ask for replacement with other models are acceptable. But it need charge US$50 at least for each order. The final charge fee depends on total order amount and products quantity. 

4. Sender should pay for shipping cost for returned products. Customer should pay for all shipping cost if the returned products breaked by user.

5. We do not responsable for the returned products lost in express or air mail post.
